The Meletium website, its software, design, text, graphics, and logo are the property of Meletium and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of them without our written permission. Any use of our names, logo, or brand must not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Meletium.

Books, papers, and other documents you upload remain yours. We claim no ownership over your content, and the intellectual property terms above cover only the Meletium platform itself, not the material you bring to it.

Reporting infringement

If you are a copyright holder and believe content uploaded to Meletium infringes your rights, send a notice to copyright@meletium.com containing:

• Your name, organisation (if applicable), and contact email.
• The work you claim is infringed (title, author, ISBN if available).
• A description of where on Meletium the infringing content appears, with enough detail to locate it.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
• Your signature (electronic is fine).

We review notices within 7 business days and remove content where the notice is substantively complete and the claim is credible.

If you are a user whose content has been removed and you believe the removal was incorrect, you can submit a counter-notice to the same address explaining why.
